OUR LEADERSHIPMr. Erik Miller, Senior Vice President/ Healthcare ServicesErik Miller serves as SVP of Healthcare Services for Payment America and has held that position since 2007. At Payment America, Mr. Miller has been instrumental in expanding the healthcare services practice, as well as developing industry leading practices related to healthcare financial management, and business process outsourcing. Prior to joining Payment America, Mr. Miller worked as both an Analyst and a Principal Investor for two private equity funds located in Chicago, IL. During his tenure with these firms Mr. Miller developed high level contacts with healthcare organizations, and along with them developed process improvement projects in the areas of financial management. Additionally, Mr. Miller consulted with the Harvard Business School on subject matter relating to business process outsourcing in the healthcare industry, and developed investment strategies for three (3) private investment organizations. Mr. Miller currently serves on the development committee for the Anixter Center of Chicago and on the board of Payment America. Mr. Miller graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in International Business and Economics. While attending Benedictine University, Mr. Miller was active in NCAA Golf, NCAA Football, National Mock Trial Team and the National Model United Nations Competition.
