Ms. Charlene (Charlee) Franklin-Howell, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Franklin-Howell has excelled in corporate finance for more than 25 years. She joined Payment America as Chief Financial Officer in 2010. She has been instrumental in establishing the financial platform which Payment America now uses for its corporate financial reporting. Prior to working at Payment America, she worked for Western Express, a $500 million company and one of the 10 largest freight transportation companies in the country, where she eventually became Controller during her 8 year tenure. While at Western Express, she was involved in 3 acquisitions and internal growth taking the company from $30 million to $500 million. She has also held financial executive positions at Proline Carriers, National Business Products, and Intergraph Corp.

Ms. Franklin-Howell is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Accounting.
