DIALERFully integrated with Payment America’s collection application is the OSC G3-dialer. This system allows the Company the flexibility to employ predictive dialer campaigns across any segment of its database or unattended dialer campaigns for "special" call back campaigns. All of Payment America’s agents work in a "blended" mode with ability to take inbound calls while in an outbound campaign. Currently, the Company is averaging 35,000 calls per day through its dialer, which is thirty percent of overall capacity. Payment America’s telephony infrastructure provides for four T-1 circuits dedicated to its dialer operation. |
