DIALER

Fully integrated with Payment America's FACS collection application is the Guaranteed Contact dialer developed by Ontario Systems Corporation (OSC) in Muncie, IN. This system allows Payment America the flexibility to employ predictive dialer campaigns across any segment of its database or unattended dialer campaigns for "special" call back functionality. All of Payment America's agents work in a "blended" mode with the ability to take inbound calls while in an outbound campaign.

To facilitate its quality control efforts Payment America utilizes OSC's Voice Trak, which digitizes and records conversations between patient and collector for retrieval and review. Currently, Payment America is averaging over 70,000 outbound calls per day through its dedicated, high speed telephony infrastructure.
